Storytelling by the mother of the Khaleghi-Pour martyrs in Shab-haye Baleh-boroon

“Forough Menhani,” the Mother of the Khaleghipour Martyrs, a Symbol of Sacrifice and Devotion, Offered Three of Her Children to the Path of the Revolution and the System.
On Eid al-Adha in 1367 (1988), Alireza and Rasul, two of her beloved sons, were martyred in the Shalamcheh region at the ages of 19 and 16.

The mother of the Khaleghipour martyrs attended the special program “Shab-haye Baleh Boroon” at the Shalamcheh Memorial and shared the stories of her children’s sacrifices, honoring their memory among the pilgrims of the “Rahian-e Noor” (Path of Light).

Speaking about her children’s martyrdom, she said:
“When my two sons were martyred, the enemy thought we would be devastated and our family would fall apart. But our dignity and faith in the Imam did not allow that to happen. When their bodies were brought home, I stood beside them and addressed Imam Khomeini: ‘Dear Imam, two more of my unworthy children have joined my first son, but our work is not yet done. Even if their father is martyred, I will raise my two-year-old Amir Hossein for the liberation of Quds.'”

She added:
“If he is not there either, I will gird my loins and fight on the fronts for the endurance of our country.”

The mother of the Khaleghipour martyrs, emphasizing that she still stands firmly behind Imam Khamenei, stated:
“Until the reappearance of Imam Mahdi (AS), we will stand strong and fight.”

She concluded:
“As long as God exists, I am not alone. I live with their memories and feel that they are always by my side.”

This heartfelt narrative of a mother who, in the most difficult circumstances, continues with faith and determination, is a reminder of the endless sacrifices of the mothers of martyrs who have always stood by the revolution and their Imam.
