Birjand – The head of the Student Basij Organization of South Khorasan announced the dispatch of 1,600 male and female students from the province to the Raheyan-e-Noor pilgrimage camp.
Hadi Imani, in an interview with Mehr News Agency, said: “According to the planned schedule, 1,600 male and female students from universities in South Khorasan will be dispatched to the Raheyan-e-Noor pilgrimage camp this year.”
He added that 70% of these students will be female, while 30% will be male students from the province.
He mentioned that today at noon, students from the University of Medical Sciences will be sent to the Raheyan-e-Noor pilgrimage camp and added that on February 21, male students will be sent, on February 24 and 28, female students will be dispatched in a collective group, and on March 5, male students from South Khorasan will also be sent in a collective group to the pilgrimage camp.
Imani also noted that each student dispatch will last for 7 days, with 3 and a half days spent in the areas of the Holy Defense.
He further said that during this period, the dispatched students will visit the martyr memorials in Dukhueh, Arvand, and other locations, as well as the exhibition of the achievements of the IRGC’s Air and Space Force. They will also participate in the storytelling program of Haj Hossein Yekta in Shalamcheh.
