Iran’s 12-Day War: Proof of a Unified Ummah

Haj Hossein Yekta said: “The Iranian nation demonstrated during the 12-day war that it is a united ummah and stands firm for religion and guardianship, and today, if unity and solidarity are maintained, it can be claimed that we are the soldiers of Imam al-Zaman (AS).”

Haj Hossein Yekta tonight at the grand gathering of “The Soldiers of Sahib al-Zaman,” held on the occasion of the ninth of Rabi’ al-Awwal, the anniversary of the beginning of the Imamate of Hazrat Vali-e Asr (AS) in the courtyard of the holy shrine of Jamkaran Mosque, stated that pledging allegiance to Imam Zaman (AS) elevates humans to high ranks. He added: “The martyrs also fulfilled their covenant with Imam Zaman (AS) in this very holy Jamkaran Mosque and reached the peak of happiness.”

He continued: “The martyrs, by freeing themselves from worldly attachments, practiced the acceptance of the guardianship of Imam Zaman (AS) through the conduct of the Imam Khomeini, and with that same spirit, they remained steadfast in the cause of religion and the revolution, teaching us to stand firm in the field and shoulder the flag of guardianship.”

Haj Hossein Yekta, referring to the bravery of the fighters in the 12-day war, noted: “The Air and Air Defense Forces of the Army courageously stood against the enemy and, despite being aware of the possibility of martyrdom, carried out their mission and disrupted the equations of the war, forcing the Zionist regime to cease its attacks.”

He continued: “The martyrs lived in such a way that they became the adornment of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) and a source of pride for Imam Zaman (AS), and the same acceptance of guardianship that was practiced during the Sacred Defense was once again manifested in the recent 12-day battle, and today our young generation stands against Zionism with that same spirit.”

The veteran of the Sacred Defense emphasized: “The Iranian nation demonstrated during the 12-day war that it is a united ummah and stands firm for religion and guardianship, and today, if unity and solidarity are maintained, it can be claimed that we are the soldiers of Imam al-Zaman (AS), and in the holy Jamkaran Mosque, mission letters are given to people for preparing the grounds for the reappearance.”

He stated that we must traverse the path of knowledge to prepare for the promised day, saying: “At a time when the world is witnessing new polarizations, our duty is to prepare for the advent of the pole of the universe.”

Haj Hossein Yekta, referring to the statements of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, emphasized: “The Americans will be expelled from the region, Syria will be returned by the hands of Muslim youth, and in the near future, prayers will be held in Jerusalem. These are the promises of the deputy of Imam Zaman (AS), which will certainly be fulfilled.”

He also reminded: “The recent commanders and martyrs of the resistance front devoted their entire lives to defending the homeland and Islam, and ultimately achieved their long-standing desire, which was martyrdom.”

The narrator of the resistance front concluded by noting: “Today, Iran stands more powerful than ever before, and the eyes of the world are fixed on this country. Victory belongs to the front of truth, and we must not become negligent on this path.”
